Upon entering the flat you are greeted with a bright and spacious living area, with a comfortable sitting area, quirky coffee table and homely touches. There are also double windows with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle. All other rooms are off this living area.

To the right is the kitchen and dining area. This is well equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. The antique dining table juxtaposes the contemporary feel of the kitchen. The kitchen itself is well equipped with everything you should need to produce a lovely home cooked meal within the flat, including cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. 

The two bedrooms feature very comfortable beds, lovingly made up by our housekeeping team with hotel quality linen and towels. They are comfortable bright spaces, sharing the vistas of the living area. The bedrooms follow the design of the rest of the flat, stylishly decorated with rose gold ceiling lights and the master bedroom has chic side lights.  

Finally, the bathroom, where the photos speak for themselves. There is a bath, sink and toilet, all decorated with touches of gold, including the taps, which contrasts with the graphite radiator and black patterns tiles to create an inviting space. Shampoo, hand soap and shower gel are all provided as well as previously mentioned, professionally laundered towels.

There is ample parking around the area, all on single yellow lines. If you head up Viewforth towards the Meadows you will see it, less than a minute from the flat.
